This post is all about associating Smartnet contract to CCO ID.
1. Log in and Click “Manage CCO Profile”

2. Click “Access Management”

3. Click “Add Access”

4. In the pop-up window
Click “TAC and RMA case creation” then click “Go”

“Contract Administrators” in the “Administrators” column signifies the contract is currently managed by an administrator
For renewals on .com you can gain access to any contract and will see all renewals for that account within a single country
5. Fill in either “Bill to ID” or “Specific Contract or Serial Number”

6. Click “Submit”
